£350 off the cost of installing a home EV charger for flats and rental properties
The EV Chargepoint Grant provides £350 (or 75% of the cost, whichever is lower) toward the cost of installing a home EV charger. Since April 2023, the grant is no longer available to homeowners with off-street parking — it now specifically targets flat owners and people in rental accommodation, where installing a charger is more complex and expensive.
Only OZEV-approved installers can apply for the grant. Search at gov.uk.
The installer quotes for the charger and installation, confirming the grant deduction.
Your OZEV-approved installer applies on your behalf at the point of installation.
The £350 is automatically deducted from your invoice.
